Won't Promoting Technology Take the Jobs of People?

We understand the fear of "robots taking our work", but the technology we are promoting are simply just tools to help our local farmers be more efficient, and not "replace" them. To be fair, we might be actually doing the opposite. Improvement of our technologies can encourage more people to take agriculture as a career choice, so we might be earning more than losing jobs.
